-
JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion)
Equity isn’t a checkbox—it’s a living practice. We offer assessments, trainings, and deep architecture to shift how power moves within your organization. We don’t just analyze bias—we dismantle it, co-designing cultures where justice is embodied at every level
-
Coaching & Leadership Development
We coach with care and clarity. Whether you’re an emerging leader, seasoned executive, or team navigating transition, our coaching holds space for complexity. With a foundation in somatics, spirit, and strategic grounding, we support you in leading from your purpose, not your performance.
-
Conflict, Wellness & Healing Trainings
Conflict is sacred when handled with care. We facilitate spaces for healing, restoration, and transformation—not avoidance. Drawing from somatics, spiritual traditions, and movement wisdom, we support organizations in navigating rupture and returning to right relationship.
-
Facilitation & Retreat Design
We design gatherings that feed the soul and sharpen the vision. Whether strategic retreats, trainings, or internal convenings, we create containers rooted in justice, spiritual grounding, and collective clarity. When we gather with intention, we shift what's possible.
-
Assessment & Evaluation
We treat evaluation as ritual. Our assessments are not just metrics—they’re mirrors. We help you measure what matters: alignment, impact, and healing. Through a culturally rooted and data-informed process, we surface equity gaps, movement tensions, and opportunities for transformation. The goal: strategic clarity with soul.
-
Organizational Development
Your structure reflects your spirit. Whether building out nonprofit governance (C3/C4), shifting internal culture, or evolving leadership flow, we help you root your systems in justice. Designed for mighty teams with lean capacity, we offer tools to elevate collective rhythm, trust, and long-term sustainability.
-
Strategic Planning & Road mapping
We don’t do cookie-cutter plans—we co-create maps for liberation. Our process bridges long-term vision with short-term alignment, translating community wisdom into action steps that adapt as the beat changes. Strategy is movement work—and we make it soulful, structured, and grounded.
-
Fundraising Strategy & Network Cultivation
Resource work is spiritual work. We build fundraising strategies rooted in trust, reciprocity, and relationship—not scarcity or survival. We support grant writing, donor communications, and access to aligned networks—especially for BIPOC-led orgs that deserve to thrive, not hustle.
Our Process
Case Study
Organized and facilitated two-day “Health, Housing, Race, Equity and Power Funders Convening” in Oakland, California at the California Endowment.
130 funders and community partners engage in intersectional conversations of health, housing, race, equity, and power.
Core goals:
Funders will strategize and share practices and successes of funding the ecosystem of health and housing protections, preservation, and production solutions.
Funders will hear from leaders about local, regional, and state organizing approaches to build power and opportunity in this political moment.
Funders will build collective knowledge around institutional shifts, shared strategies, and grantmaking approaches that move forward a racial equity agenda.
Funders will understand the role of funder organizing and moving resources together for a more significant impact.
Funders will have a greater understanding that community power building and housing are social determinants to health
Over 125 participants grappled with how anti-Blackness and xenophobia fuel the complex housing & health crisis and community trauma, and heard examples of concrete organizing wins led by groups like Moms 4 Housing, Urban Habitat, Rights to the City, Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment and others. Organizers from across the country called on grantmakers to make substantial, long-term investments in general operating support, community ownership models, POC-led initiatives, and 501(c)(4) funding for Black, Indigenous, and communities of color. They also urged a shift in philanthropic practices toward greater alignment and collaboration to effectively move resources in response to community-defined needs.
The event was supported by The California Endowment, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Grantmakers In Health, Colorado Health Foundation, Richmond Memorial Health Foundation, Shelterforce, Ford Foundation, Northwest Health Foundation, New York Health Foundation, Missouri Foundation for Health, Kresge Foundation, and the Neighborhood Funders Group.
