Our Founder
Nile Malloy brings nearly 30 years of experience as an interdisciplinary strategist working at the intersections of race, class, gender, education, and the environment. His leadership spans nonprofit, public, philanthropic, and private sectors—advancing social equity, climate justice, and economic development across the U.S., Caribbean, and Africa. He has held key roles with Communities for a Better Environment, Climate Justice Alliance, California Environmental Justice Alliance, Rainforest Action Network, and Neighborhood Funders Group, where he supported multi-million-dollar philanthropic collaborations for policy change, housing, and sustainability.
Through program design, fundraising strategy, and transformative coaching, Nile helps organizations and individuals move from vision to action with purpose and integrity. He leads trainings on power dynamics, men’s health, and leadership grounded in accountability and care. With a focus on healing and transformation, his work integrates culturally attuned practices to cultivate inner balance, authentic relationships, and values-driven leadership.
